| Description |
* CDCA, the apex chess body of Cuttack district, conducts intra-district tournaments and sends players for State-level competitions.
* Election of CDCA office-bearers was last held on 20th January 2022 for a three-year term.
* Election of CDCA was held on June 8, 2008 for a term of three years.
* Next election took place on August 30, 2011. S K Prusty became the new president, while Football Association of Orissa secretary Sanjay Behera was included as a new vice-president. All the office-bearers were elected uncontested.
