Orissa Government today rewarded three sportspersons of the state for winning medals in the Commonwealth Youth Games held recently at Pune. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik handed over prize money, silver mementos and citations to Shrabani Nanda, Anup Deo Toppo and Amiya Mallick at a special function held here at the State Secretariate. Shrabani received Rs 1 lakh for winning a gold in women`s 4x100 metre relay, while Anup and Amiya were given Rs 75,000 and Rs 25,000 for bagging a silver in weightlifting and a bronze in 200 meter sprint respectively.
