The fourth edition of the Gatikrushna Panda Memorial Bhubaneswar Football League will commence at Unit-I Boys` High School ground in Bhubaneswar on September 18. This year`s league would be a low-key affair with 12 teams, seven less than the previous edition, set to vie for the title in a single division, instead of the past format of `A` and `B` divisions. The league would feature a total of 15 matches.
