Fancied East Coast Railway beat Sports Hostel, Cuttack 5-3 in the final, via tie-breaker to the 12th Tata Utkalika Cup Floodlit Football Trophy at the Unit-6 High School ground in Bhubaneswar today. Tie-break rule was applied after both the sides scored once each to end the regulation time in a draw. State Transport Minister Jaya Narayan Mishra and former minister Padmanav Behera gave away the trophy and prizes at the closing function. The champion side took home the top prize of Rs 15,000, while the runners-up received Rs 10,000.
