Army Green (Bangalore) edged Railway Football Club (Kolkata) 2-1 in the final to win the 3rd All-India Padmanava Memorial Football Tournament at the Unit-I High School ground here on Monday. The Bangalore side took an early lead with L Fila finding the target in the 10th minute. Sudhir Mishra consolidated the lead four minutes into the second half. Sanjib Mishra reduced the margin for the Kolkata outfit in the 65th minute.
