Cuttack men and local Unit-IX women emerged champions in the 5th All-Orissa Floodlit Kabaddi Tournament, which concluded at Unit-IX Gajalaxmi Puja ground here today. In the final, Cuttack men beat Orissa Police 35-15, while Unit-IX women defeated Angul 48-16. The winners received Rs 5,000 each. Two runner-up sides were given Rs 3,000 each.

State Sports Secretary S P Thakur and Orissa Kabaddi Association president Sarat Sahu gave away the trophies and prizes at the closing function. Host Young Sporting Club president Dr Jagannath Mohapatra, secretary Dilip Mohanty and organising secretary Sanjay Pradhan were present on the occasion.
