Rourkela boy Utkal Ranjan Sahu and Cuttack girl Adyasha Patnaik won titles in the State under-11 chess championship in Bhubaneswar today. The top two boys and girls qualified to represent Orissa in the National under-11 championship to be held at Calicut next month.
