Local giants Kishore Club and East Coast Railway will meet Sports Hostel and Rising Students (both Cuttack) respectively in the first two matches of the 3rd Padmanav Memorial All-India Football Tournament at the Unit-1 Boys High School ground here on Wednesday. Altogether 10 teams, icluding four outstation ones, have confirmed to participate in the tournament which offers cash prizes of Rs 50,000 for the winners and Rs 25,000 for the runners-up. Other six teams in the fray include Orissa Police, Samaleswari Sporting (Sambalpur), Central Railway (Mumbai), Army Green (Bangalore), Railway FC (Kolkata) and ICF (Chennai). The tournament is being jointly organised by Bhubaneswar Athletic Association and Kishore Club
