Bhubaneswar `B` won the Kalahandi Cup Senior Inter-District Cricket Tournament for the third time in a row, defeating Cuttack `A` by four wickets in the final at Kadam ground in Angul today. Champions Bhubaneswar `B` took home the top prize of Rs 20,000, while Cuttack `A` received Rs 15,000.
