Last year`s losing finalists Kishore Club (Bhubaneswar) edged out Orissa Police (Cuttack) 6-4, via penalty shoot-out to enter the final of the 23rd Sarat Tripathy Memorial Floodlight Football Tournament at Sayed Seminary School ground in Cuttack today. Shoot-out rule was applied after play in the regulation time ended in a 2-2 draw. Saroj Das, Laxman Murmu (Kishore Club), Jacob Lama and Siddharth Pruseth (Orissa Police) scored the four goals in the regulation time. Rising Star meet Gallant Club in the second semifinal later tonight.
