Orissa finished runners-up in the all-India women``s invitation football tournament at Motihari in Bihar today. West Bengal defeated Orissa 7-6 in the final, via tie-breaker. Shoot-out process was applied after play in the regulation time ended in a 2-2 draw. Sunita Majhi scored both the goals for the losing side. In the shoot-out West Bengal successfully converted all the five chances, while Sudipta Dash wasted one opportunity for Orissa.
