Odisha star Shriyanka Sadangi returned to her winning ways by capturing gold medal in 10m air rifle mixed team event of the H N Cup International Shooting Competition, which was held at Munich in Germany from January 23 to 27, 2019.
Sambalpur lass Shriyanka won the gold with Akhil Sheoran as her partner. In the five-team competition, Shriyanka and Akhil finished at the top of the table with 502.9 points. Russia-2 won the silver with 500.9 points, while the bronze went to Russia-1 with 437.1 points.
This was the sixth gold and 21st overall international medal for Shriyanka. Her 21 medals include 12 silver and 3 bronze. This was also the first medal of the year for Shriyanka, who claimed her last _ team gold and individual silver _ at Hannover in Germany on 11th May, 2018.
