East Coast Railway emerged champions in FAO Women League 2019-20, which was organised by Football Association of Odisha (FAO) at Reserve Police Ground and Satyabrata Stadium in Cuttack from 27 November to 30 December, 2019.
The Railway team garnered 15 points from eight matches. They won four, drew three and lost one. Odisha Police settled as runners-up with 13 points. Altogether five teams participated in this tournament.

December 3 (Match 5): Rising Student Club drew with SAI Training Centre 0-0.
December 4 (Match 6): East Coast Railway (Satyabati Khadia 25’) drew with Odisha Sports Hostel (Susmita Tanty 31’) 1-1.
December 7 (Match 7): Odisha Police (Pravasisini Parida 14’, Sinulata Sahoo 19’, Jasmani Samad 25’) beat SAI Training Centre 3-0.
December 8 (Match 8): East Coast Railway (Satyabati Khadia 33’, 75’) beat Rising Student Club 2-0.
December 10 (Match 9): Odisha Sports Hostel (Jyoti Dalei 68’-OG) beat SAI Training Centre 1-0.
