Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) today constituted a five-member Women Selection Committee as per recommendation by its Cricket Advisory Committee. According to an official press release, all five members of the selection committee are former woman cricketers.

The selection committee will be headed by Gita Samantray as chairman. The four members are: Tikilata Pradhan, Sasmita Pattnaik, Madhusmita Mohapatra and Sudhansubala Sahoo.

Meanwhile, two former first-class cricketers and one senior BCCI panel umpire have been assigned to officiate matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy All-India T-20 Cricket Tournament starting at different venues from 10 January, 2021.

According to press a release from Odisha Cricket Association, Sanjay Raul and Prasanta Mohapatra have been named match referees for matches to be played in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Senior umpire Subrat Das will officiate matches in Chennai.
