Odisha Purple beat Odisha Yellow by 23 runs in the 10th match to consolidated their position at the top of the table in the MGM Odisha Women T20 Cricket League (OWCL) at KIIT Cricket Ground in Bhubaneswar today. This was the fourth successive win for Odisha Purple and they now have 16 points in their kitty.

Captain Sarita Meher led Odisha Purple to their win over Odisha Yellow, scoring 37 runs. She was named the woman of the match. Earlier in the day, Odisha Red prevailed over Odisha Green by seven wickets in the ninth match of the competition.

Tanmayee Behera scored 37 runs for Odisha Red to be adjudged the woman of the match. This was the second win for Odisha Red and they shared the second position in the league table with Odisha Violet having eight points each.
