Orissa were beaten by their traditional rivals Manipur 0-2 in the final of the 5th Sub-junior (under-17) Girls`` National Football Championship at Haldwani (Uttarakhand) today. After a blank first half, Manipur scored the two goals in the 55th and 78th minutes. This is fourth time that Orissa finished runners-up in the championship. They had won the title in 2006, beating Manipur in the final.
