The East Coast Railway team was felicitated in Bhubaneswar today for winning the Bhubaneswar Football League title earlier this week. The railway zone``s General Manager Ajay Kumar Goyal congratulated the team and announced a cash incentive of Rs 10,000 on the occasion. Led by Babaji Pradhan, the railway side beat Directorate of Sports in the final 2-0.
