The franchised-based cricket tournament, featuring six teams and a total of 18 matches, was organised by Odisha Cricket Association (OCA), in collaboration with Arivaa Sports. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi graced the opening ceremony as chief guest, unveiled the trophy and rang the bell for the opening match earlier September 17. Former India pace bowler Irfan Pathan was present on the occasion as brand ambassador of the tournament.
OCA president Pankaj Lochan Mohanty, secretary Sanjay Behera, joint-secretary Prabhat Kumar Bhol, treasurer Bikash Pradhan and Football Association of Odisha secretary Asirbad Behera handed over the trophies and prizes at the closing ceremony. Former international cricketers Maninder Singh, Chetan Sharma and Narendra Hirwani were felicitated on the occasion.
