*     Won women’s 400m gold and 800m silver at the 66th Odisha State Athletics Meet, held at Cuttack from Dec 28-30, 2018.
*     Bagged a double by winning gold medals in U-20 girls’ 400m and 800m events of the 65th Odisha State Athletics Championship, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from Dec 28-30, 2017.
*     Bagged a double by winning titles in (girls-20) 800m and 1500m events of the 63rd Odisha State Athletics Meet, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack, from Dec 28 to 30, 2015.

ZONAL:
*     Won one silver and one bronze medal in girls-20 discus (37.46m) and 1500m (5.08.1s) events respectively in the 28th East Zone Junior Athletics Championship, held at Guwahati, Assam on Sept 10 and 11, 2016.


NATIONAL:
*     Bagged the Best Woman Para Athlete Award with 3 Gold medals in women T47 category of the 22nd National Para Athletics Championships, held  at the SAG Athletic Stadium in Bambolim, Panaji, Goa from 8-13 January 2024.
*     Clinched a para-athletics treble, winning 3 Gold medals (one each in 100m, 200m and 400m run) in
womens T47 category of the 1st Khelo India Para Games in New Delhi between 10-12 December 2023.
*     Bagged a treble by winning 3 Gold medals (one each in 100m,200m and 400m) in womens T-47 category of the 21st National Para Athletics Championship, held at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune from 18-20 March 2023.
*     Won two Gold (100m, 200m) and one Silver (400m) medals in the 4th Indian Open National Para Athletics Championship, held at Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on 18 and 19 August 2022.
*     Adjudged as the Best Woman Athlete, bagging 3 Gold medals in 100m, 200m and 400m T-47 category at the 20th National Para Athletics Championship, held at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar from 22-31 March 2022.
*     Bagged a treble, winning 3 gold medals (100m, 200m, 400m) at the 3rd Indian Open National Para Athletics Championship, held in Bangalore on 19-20 December 2021.
*     Clinched a treble by winning 3 gold medals (100m, 200m and 400m) in women T-47 category of the 19th National Para Athletics Championship at Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on 26 March, 2021. This was the 5th successive time that Jayanti bagged a treble in the National Para Athletics Championship.


INTERNATIONAL:
*     Won 3 Silver medals (one each in 100m, 200m and 400m run) at the 6th Indian Open Para Athletics International Championship in Bengaluru on 27 March 2024.
*     Won the one Silver and 2 Bronze medals (bronze in 100m and 200m and silver in 400m) at the World Abilitysport Games, held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand from 5-8 December 2023.
*     Bagged a glorious treble, winning 3 Gold medals (one each in womens 100m, 200m and 400m) in the 5th Indian Open Para Athletics International Championship, held at Shree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru from 5-7 May 2023.
*     Won two Gold (200m, 400m) and one Silver medal in women T46-47 category of the IWAS World Games 2022 at Vila Real de Santo Antonio in Portugal betwee 26 and 28 November 2022.
*     Won one Silver (200m) and two Bronze (100m, 400m) medals at the World Para Athletics Dubai Grand Prix between 22-24 March 2022.
*     Finished 8th in women 400m T47 event of the World Para Athletics Championships, clocking 1:03.53s at Dubai, UAE on 10 Nov, 2019.
*     Bagged a double of sorts by winning Silver medal and Bronze medal in women’s 400m and 200m T45/46/47 events respectively at the 3rd Asian Para Games, held in Jakarta, Indonesia from Oct 6-13, 2018.
*     Won Gold medal in T42-T47 400m and Silver in 200m events of the World Junior Para Athletic Championships held at Nottwil, Switzerland from August 3 to 6, 2017.
*     Finished sixth in 400m event of the World Senior Para Athletics Championships, held at London in July 2017. She was the youngest Indian competitor at 17.
*     Won one Gold in 400m and one Silver in 200m events of the China Open Para Athletics Grand Prix Championships held from May 13 to 15, 2017.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
*     Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik felicitated Jayanti for winning 3 medals at the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Dubai and presented her with cash award of Rs 15 lakh at his residence in Bhubaneswar on 26 March 2022.
*    In January, 2019, she was selected to be included in Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) for 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
*     Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced a prize of Rs 10 lakh for Jayanti for her winning bronze medal 3rd Asian Para Games 2018 in Jakarta.
*    She is supported by the GoSports Foundation through the Para Champions Programme.
*     Her mother is a housewife and father works as a daily laborer in coconut plantations of Sakhigopal.
*     Jayanti is the youngest among her three siblings
*     Jayanti was just one year old when she accidentally fell into a brick kiln lit with fire.
*     Though her mother noticed and dragged her out immediately, the mishap left her with severe second degree burns on the left side of her upper body and a burn contracture on left elbow and non functional fingers.
*     Jayanti would watch students run around and play at school and decided to take up sprinting as a sport in class VII even though it was a painful experience for her.
*     Her skills were noticed by her coach Bishnu Prasad Mishra during a school athletic meet in which she won the first prize.
*     Mishra brought her to his Gurukul Athletic Training Centre at Sakhigopal and started training her for athletics free of cost.
