*     Finished runner-up in the National Junior Open Chess Championships at Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi on 6 December, 2018.
*     Won team silver and individual gold (second board), representing Bhubaneswar in the Asian Cities Chess Championship at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar on 1 September, 2017.
*     Finished runner-up in the 3rd Bhola Infratech All-India Fide Rating School Chess Tournament at Loyola School, Bhubaneswar on April 17, 2013.
*     Won the title and cash prize of Rs 20,000 in the open category of the National Under-11 Chess Championship at Jamshedpur on August 14, 2012.
*     Won the title and a cash prize of Rs 20,000 in the JRD Tata International Rating (Below 2000) Chess Tournament held at JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) from March 28 to 31, 2012.
*    Finished runner-up in the boys category of the 24th National Under-9 Chess Championship at Ahmedabad on October 9, 2010.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Scored his third IM norm and finished eighth in the Hoogeveen Open International Tournament in Hoogeveen, Netherlands on 24 Oct, 2016.
*     Secured the second IM norm of his career in the ninth round of the World Junior Chess Championship at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar on August 17, 2016.
*     Finished fifth in under-10 boys` category of the World Youth Chess Championship held at Caldas Novas in Brazil from Nov 17 to 27, 2011.
*     Bagged a total of five medals in the under-12 open category of the Asian Youth Chess Championship, which was held at Hikkaduwa in Sri Lanka from June 25 to July 1, 2012. The medals included three gold in team events (Rapid, classical, blitz), one silver (classical) and one bronze (rapid) in individual events.
*     Won a silver medal in under-12 boys group of the Commonwealth Chess Championships at Chennai on Dec 1, 2012.


OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
*     Became the 6th International Master (IM) of Odisha in 2017.
*     His International Master title application was approved by FIDE Congress, held at Antalya, Turkey from 7-15 October, 2017.
*     Tasted a notable success by beating Grandmaster R R Laxman in the opening round of the 3rd Keshabananda Memorial All-India Fide Rating Chess Tournament in Bhubaneswar on August 19, 2014.
