*     Bagged a double, winning the 400m sprint and 400m hurdles gold medal in boys-20 age group of the 66th Odisha State Athletics Meet, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from 28-30 December, 2018.
*     Won the 400m-sprint bronze medal in U-18 boys of the 65th Odisha State Athletics Championship, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from Dec 28-30, 2017.
*     Won the 400m-hurdles bronze medal in U-18 boys’ group of the 64th Odisha State Athletics Championship, held at Cuttack from April 2-4, 2017.

*     Won one gold medal each in boys-20 4x100m relay and 400m hurdles, and one silver medal in 400m sprint events of the 31st East Zone Junior Athletics Championship, held at Birsa Munda Stadium in Ranchi, Jharkhand on 14-15 Sept, 2019.

*     Sahil works as a junior coach in the Athletics Project Odisha (APO) scheme of the DSYS at Kalinga Stadium.

*     He has helped Janaki win 12 national and international medals till date.
