*     Bronze medal in U-18 boys category of the World Youth Chess Championship, held in Caldas Novas, Brazil,

*     Received Ekalabya Award (Main) for the year 2011-12 in Bhubaneswar on 26 December, 2012.
*     Received citation and cash award of Rs 25,000 at the 18th Ekalaby Award function in Bhubaneswar on January 29, 2011.

*     Secured International Master (IM) title at the Guwahati Open International Tournament in Guwahati, Assam, 2009.
*     Became Odisha’s 3rd International Master (IM) in 2010 and 1st Grandmaster (GM) in 2013.
*     Became eligible for the GM title and crossed the matical 2500 Elo rating points, beating Aniruddha Deshpande of Maharashtra in the 8th round of the National B Challenger Championship in Bhopal on 18 October, 2013.
