NATIONAL:
*     Played Santosh Trophy for Orissa for six years (1990 to 1994 and 2003-04 to 2004-05) and Bengal for three years (1997 to 2000).
*     Led Orissa to Santosh Trophy semifinals in 1994.
*     Helped Bengal win Santosh Trophy twice and finish third once.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Made international debut for against Sri Lanka in the Independence Cup at Maldives in 2000.
*     Played his last international match against Uzbekistan at the Merdeka Cup in Malaysia in 2002.
*     Represented India in 17 (or 18) international matches.

OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
*     Odisha Government honoured him with Biju Patnaik Sports Award for Lifetime Achievement and a cheque of Rs 3 lakhs at Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar on 29 August 2023.
