INTERNATIONAL:
* Won the women’s 4x400m relay silver medal, clocking 3:38.45 at the Asian Games, held in Beijing, China from Sept 27 to October 3, 1990. Shantimol Philips, Kutty Saramma and P T Usha were the other three members of the Indian team.
* Won one Silver medal each in 400m and 4x400m relay at Permit Meet in 1988-89.
* Finished 4th in 400m at the Junior Asian Athletics Championships in Singapore, 1987-88.
* Won gold medal in 4x400m relay at Permit Meet in Chennai, 1987-88.
NATIONAL:
* Won 400m gold and 200m silver medals at the Senior National Athletics Champions in New Delhi, 1989-90.
* Won 400m gold and 200m silver medals at the Senior National Athletics Champions in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, 1988-89.
* Represented Orissa in 200 & 400m events at the Senior Inter-State, Open and Women Nationals Festival from 1988 to 1995.
* Won 200m, 400m gold and 800m silver medals at the Junior National Athletics Championship in Bangalore, 1987-89.
* Won both the 200m and 400m gold medals at the Junior National Athletics Championship in Delhi, 1986-87.
* Bagged both the 200m and 400m gold medals at the Womens National Sports Festival in Sangrur (Punjab) in 1985-86.
* Won 200m silver medal at the School National Games in Trivandrum, Kerala, 1985-86.
STATE:
* Won 1st position in 100m, 200m, 400m and with New Meet Record in junior 100m and 200m events, representin Bolangir District in the State Athletic Meet from 1985 to 1995.
* Adjudged best athlete, securing 1st position in 100m, 200m, 400m & 800s for Bolangir District in the State School Athletic Meet from 1985 to 1987.
