DESCRIPTION:
*     The rally, named as Sprit of Kalinga-II is the third round of Eastern India TSD Challenge, a time/distance/speed rally for four wheelers and two wheelers.
*     Any person (18 years or above), holding a valid driving and FMSCI (Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India) competition license can enter in this event.
*     Competitors will drive through tarmac, broken tarmac, sandy roads with the objective of achieving top honour.
*     They will also face small hills and ghat sections during their drive.
*     The rally will run through Bhubaneswar and adjacent areas covering a distance of 200 to 300 kms.
*     The rally will start from BRM IIT campus, Pandra here and finishes at the same place.
*     In four wheeler categories, the champion driver and navigator will receive Rs 40,000 each, while the second and third position holders will be given Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 each respectively.
*     In two wheeler categories, the champion duo will be awarded Rs 25,000, while the second and third-place finishers will take home Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively.
