  At- Kalinga Stadium, BHUBANESWAR

*     This is the first time that Odisha would be hosting an international hockey tournament.
*     The eight-nation elite tournament would feature host India, defending champions Australia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Belgium, Argentina, England and Germany.
*     From this year on the tournament will begin to be held biannually due to the introduction of the Hockey World League, returning to its original format changed after the inaugural tournament in 1978.
*     Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) is the principal partner of the tournament with a contribution of Rs 4 crore.
*     Tata Steel and NALCO are the associate partners providing Rs 1.5 crore each.
