DESCRIPTION:
*     Sports Authority of India (SAI), through its academic wing, NSNIS, Patiala, is going to conduct the six-week-long coaching course in athletics, basketball, football, hockey and volleyball.
*     However, the final decision for allotment of disciplines will be decided on the basis of number of valid applications.
*     An amount of Rs 15, 250 per students will be charged for the duration of their stay for the course to meet the boarding and lodging and other miscellaneous expenses.
*     The fee shall be payable at the time of joining of the course.
*     Application form can be obtained from KIIT website (www.kiit.ac.in) or downloaded from <www.nsnis.org> under the link ‘Academics’.
*     Minimum educational qualification for the candidates is 10+2 pass.
*     First, second and third position holders in district championship of the concerned discipline and participants in state or university championship are also eligible to apply.
*     Preference will be given to international players, physical education teachers, social workers and sponsored candidates from institutes and organisations.
*     The age limit is 20 to 40 years as on 14th May 2015 and relaxation in upper age limit up to five years will be given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST and North-East areas.
