DESCRIPTION:
*     This will be the first ever open handicapped snooker tournament in the state.
*     The format of the tournament is based on a handicapped basis, where weaker players shall get viable amount of handicap from stronger ones in their group in order to have a level competition.
*     Matches will be conducted on a league basis, where one player shall play four matches irrespective of win or loss.
*     All the top cueists including Subrat Das, Jeet Kishore Das, Nishant Biswal, Rakesh Roshan Pradhan, Ashutosh Padhy, Jiten Sarangi and Amiya Ranjan Nayak will compete in tournament along with many new ones.
*     The five-day tournament carries a total prize fund of Rs 27,000, including Rs 10,000 for the champion and Rs 5,000 for the runner-up.
