DESCRIPTION:
*     The Tournament, featuring a of total 40 players will be played on league-cum-knockout format.
*     Players have been placed in eight groups and after group league, top two finishers will qualify for pre-quarterfinals.
*     Seeded players will give handicap points to weaker ones at the group stage.
*     For example A1 will give 3 points to A-5, 28 to A-4, 21 to A-3 and 14 to A-2.
*     The title winner will get a cash prize of Rs 10,000, runner-up Rs 5,000, losing semifinalists Rs 2,000 each, losing quarterfinalists Rs 1,000 each and losing pre-quarterfinalists Rs 500 each.
