DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 20 teams, including two from Odisha, are set to compete in this championship.
*     Teams have been placed in four pools and after completion of pool league matches, top two teams from each pool would qualify for quarterfinals.
*     Laban Lugun will lead six-time title winners Hockey Odisha.
*     Matches will be played at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Hockey Stadium in Raipur.
*     Defending champions Hockey Odisha have been placed in Pool-A along with Hockey Punjab, Namdhari XI, Hockey Andhra Pradesh and Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu.
*     Hockey Gangpur-Odisha have been put in Pool-D with Sports Authority of India, Hockey Jharkhand, Manipur Hockey and Hockey Rajasthan.
