DESCRIPTION:
*     District Sports Complex, Puri is the venue.
*     As many as 23 boys and 21 girls teams, representing 23 districts, along with both boys and girls teams from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), will vie for the titles.
*     The championship will be played entirely on kho-kho mats in a league format.
