DESCRIPTION:
*     Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack is the venue of the championship.
*     Nine club teams would play a total of 23 matches, including the final.
*     Teams shall play league matches in two groups and the top two teams from each group shall qualify for the semifinals.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS:
Group-A: Bidanasi Club, Young Utkal Club, Junior Gallant Club, Kishore Club.
Group-B: OGP Club, GPC Football Club, Sunshine Club, Sports Odisha, Uday Club.
